Announcement: Hanoi Cozy 1 hotel closedown.

Dear honored guests, While the level of service in all of our hotels are set of the same level, the main drawback of Hanoi Cozy 1 is that it is a renovated building with limited space and no lift, unlike her sister hotel in the chain which is newly built and have lifts, it sometimes does not meet the expectation of every guests. We realize that a more spacious, newer and fully functioned entity is needed now to ensure you a stay of comfort as always.

As such, the management of Hanoi Cozy Hotel hereby announces that from Sep 1st, 2012, Hanoi Cozy 1 hotel will stop operating and close for good. Our team will join in the brand new Hanoi Cozy 2 hotel, located at No 58 Hang Be Street, adjacent to Hoan Kiem Lake. We believe that with the perfect facilities and amenities in the new Cozy Hotel 2 plus the reputed customer service provided by our team, you shall all have a memorable stay that you deserve. We would like to inform to all customers who had a booking with Hanoi Cozy Hotel 1 up to the 1st of Sep, 2012 will be free upgrade to Hanoi Cozy Hotel 2 in number 58 Hang Be Street. From that time onwards, we neither have any connection nor liability related to the old building at No 6 Cau Go street, whether the new proprietor will use it for any purposes such as accommodation (again), restaurant, shop etc. All inquiries and contacts to our Hanoi Cozy hotels shall be made to sales@hanoicozyhotel.com or info@hanoicozyhotel.com , with the new address of 58 Hang Be Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, Vietnam.
